QUALITY DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

ALI Agency for Work Spa - Seriate Branch - is looking for a resource to be inserted within the Quality Documentation Office of a renowned and consolidated metal-mechanical company. The resource will be responsible for: - managing customer documentation post-order acquisition: writing procedures, ITP/QCP (quality control plans) and other technical documents; - reading and responding to client communications regarding provided documentation; - analyzing comments and observations received from the client: the resource must understand and evaluate which ones impact the production process and promptly report to the relevant supervisor; - personalizing procedures based on internal models/master; Requirements: - excellent written and spoken English knowledge: all emails and documentation are in English. This is a key and indispensable requirement; - precision, attention to detail, and good analytical skills; - organizational skills, priority management, and effective communication with internal references. Working hours: - full-time daily schedule: 08:00 – 13:00 / 13:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday. - lunch break with access to the company canteen.
