Junior Purchasing Office Employee

Atempo SpA - Employment Agency, Verona branch, is looking for a Junior Purchasing Office Employee to be inserted in the office. The resource will be responsible for: - inserting orders into the management system; - verifying the correctness of quantities, prices, and deadlines; - requesting quotes; - collecting and comparing offers; - controlling delivery times; - soliciting suppliers in case of delays; - archiving orders, contracts, and transportation documents; - supporting the registration of purchase invoices; - interfacing with warehouse or quality department. Requirements: - Higher technical school diploma; - Preferable knowledge of English language; - Good use of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel; - Use of computer. The company offers: - fixed-term contract with direct employment in the company; - salary valued based on the candidate's experience; - daily full-time working hours from 8-13/14-17.
