# Profile We are looking for a full-time Clerk for a metalworking company operating in the field of industrial plant engineering. The role will be responsible for managing the organization of site activities and safety documentation on construction sites. An initial fixed-term contract is offered, with the aim of stable employment. CCNL Metalworking Industry, professional category Employees - level to be defined between 1785 euros and 1980 euros gross per month. # Responsibilities * Responsibility for the preparation, updating, and archiving of the POS (Site Safety Plan) and site safety documentation in compliance with current regulations. * Support for the management of site personnel in relation to safety compliance, verifying suitability, training, and required equipment. * Coordination of material movement and traceability on site, with attention to safety and operational order aspects. * Organization of work activities on industrial sites in conjunction with technicians and managers, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Monitoring of documentary deadlines and periodic safety checks, preparing internal reports and necessary communications. # Skills and Professionalism * Diploma in Surveying or related fields and/or previous experience in managing safety documentation and/or construction site personnel. * Attention to detail and precision in the compilation, control, and archiving of technical and administrative documents related to safety. * Effective communication skills with operational personnel, technical referents, and internal offices, maintaining clarity and completeness of information.
