A company operating in providing services to businesses is looking for a Human Resources Employee, responsible for supporting processes of selection and organization of personnel, collaboration with the internal team in managing HR activities.

Expected tasks

• Screening of curricula and management of applications;
• Organization and conduct of introductory interviews;
• Support in activities related to employee placement and management;
• Operational coordination of internal resources based on business needs;
• Updating documentation and data related to personnel.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma;
• Good communication and relational skills;
• Familiarity with basic computer tools;
• Organizational attitude and precision;
• Courtesy and professional approach in interpersonal relationships.
