QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY EMPLOYEE/A

People, Permanent Division of Today's Work SPA, is seeking a figure for an industrial company operating in the construction and infrastructure sector. The company, a solid reality in growth, active in the realization of infrastructure works, is looking for a dynamic and curious resource to be inserted into the Quality, Environment, and Safety area. The person will be involved in managing business processes, with a focus on continuous improvement, and supporting administrative and documentary activities related to certifications and regulatory compliance. The ROLE After an initial period of mentoring, the resource will collaborate with management and functional managers in managing quality, environment, and safety processes, contributing to ensuring alignment with ISO standards and internal standards. The person will be responsible for: - Supporting the management and updating of quality, environment, and safety processes, in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; - Caring for administrative and technical documentation related to certifications and controls; - Collaborating on the preparation of reports, analyses, and periodic monitoring of procedures and indicators; - Managing documentary security practices (POS, suitability, DVR) and compliance reporting; - Participating in internal and external audits; - Contributing to spreading quality and sustainability culture within the company. REQUIREMENTS - Technical diploma or degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Geometry, Environment, or related); - Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 (or ex 18001); - Excellent proficiency in the Office package, particularly Excel and digital data analysis tools; - Analytical attitude, precision, and curiosity towards organizational processes; - Residence in the Predore (BG) or surrounding areas. A brief experience in administrative roles or related to quality/environment/safety document management is welcome.
