LOGISTICS CLERK

e-work S.p.A. - Verona office - is seeking a prestigious logistics company client's LOGISTICS CLERK The resource will be inserted within the logistics department and will report directly to the logistics manager, responsible for managing documentary and operational flows in both incoming and outgoing directions. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Documentary management of goods entering and leaving (DDT, bills, CRM, transportation orders); • Planning and coordination of national and international shipments; • Daily monitoring of logistical flows and updating inventory systems; • Support in managing periodic inventories and verifying stock levels; • Communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure correct operational flow; • Data entry into the management system, control of documentary correspondence, and verification of anomalies; • Organization of warehouse spaces and optimization of logistics processes. REQUIRED SKILLS: • Previous experience in administrative roles in a logistics or warehouse setting is preferred; • Good knowledge of main warehouse management systems and computer tools (Excel, email, ERP); • Excellent organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail; • Ability to manage documentary flows and familiarity with bills, DDTs, orders, and logistical procedures; • Good interpersonal skills and predisposition to teamwork; • Familiarity with shipment and receipt processes.
