Legal Office Employee

We are looking for an experienced employee to manage complaints related to banking and digital products, with the goal of ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with regulatory norms.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor pending complaints, ensuring a timely and accurate response.
- Analyze and categorize complaint practices to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments and the central office to gather missing documentation.
- Draft response drafts to be sent to clients.
- Support in managing client complaints and claims.
- Manage appeals received by the ABF and provide assistance to the contentious team.
- Prepare periodic reports for corporate bodies and control functions.
- Monitor relevant normative and jurisprudential developments affecting the area of competence.

Required qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in banks, specialized law firms, or utilities companies' legal departments.
- Law degree, preferably with a specialization in banking law.
- Knowledge of English at level B2; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and proactivity in solving complex problems.

Technical skills required:
- Knowledge of banking regulations and consumer rights.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
