Staff SpA - Agency for Labour (branch in Parma) authorized by Min.Prot. 39/0011781 is searching for an important company in the metal-mechanical sector near Fontevivo IMPIEGATO/A FRONT E BACK OFFICE L.68/99 Requirements: · Welcome and register visitors (external companies, clients, candidates for interviews, etc.) and ensure that access procedures are respected. · Manage incoming calls and forward phone calls to relevant departments and offices. · Provide information and support to visitors, responding with courtesy and professionalism. · Use the management system in use for verification and updating employee records in collaboration with the HR function. · Manage and monitor correspondence incoming and outgoing, including shipments via courier. · Collaborate with various departments to ensure a fluid and punctual communication. · Ensure a neat and professional appearance of the reception area and adjacent areas Availability for an initial contract of one year with a prospect of stabilization at the end of the fixed-term period.
