BILLING AND SHIPPING EMPLOYEE

Orienta Spa - Benefit Company - Udine branch is looking for a BILLING AND SHIPPING EMPLOYEE for an industrial client in the metalmechanics sector. PROFILE: The resource will be inserted into the Administrative Office and will mainly deal with organizing logistical shipments. Specifically: - Issuance and registration of active invoices. - Management of transports and shipments both in Italy and abroad. - Contact with carriers and transporters to organize merchandise route. - Monitoring of delivery progress and updating clients. - Preparation of transportation documents CE and extra CE (issuing DDT, Origin Certificate, managing letters of credit). - Handling complaints and reporting any non-conformities. REQUIREMENTS: - Diploma or degree preferably in a technical-economic field. - Previous experience in logistics and shipping is required. - Knowledge of shipments by truck and sea and export documentation. - Fluency in the English language (optional knowledge of a second language). - Good computer skills and familiarity with accounting software. - Good relational and teamwork skills. CONTRACT: An initial temporary contract will be offered, with RAL to be defined based on experience. SCHEDULE: full-time office hours - LOCATION: Remanzacco (UD).
