Accountant

For a professional studio located in the Santa Maria a Monte area (PISA), growing and oriented towards quality customer service, we are looking for an experienced Accountant with previous experience gained in professional studios. Main responsibilities: Billing - Emission, registration, and control of active and passive invoices. General Accounting - Registration of operations in the first note. - Management of assets, rates, and discounts. - Maintenance and updating of accounting records. - Verification and reconciliation of bank statements. Tax Compliance - Preparation and submission of periodic and annual tax returns (e.g., VAT, DR, and other compliance). - Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal deadlines. Balance Sheet - Preparation of settlement accounts for the preparation of the exercise balance sheet. - Support in verifying the correctness of accounting records and closing documentation. Document Management - Archiving, organizing, and managing both paper and digital accounting and administrative documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. - Previous experience in professional studios (preferably 2+ years). - Good knowledge of ordinary accounting. - Knowledge of tax compliance and deadlines. - Precision, confidentiality, operational autonomy. - Good use of main accounting software and Microsoft Office package.
