In Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Milan, for a food industry client company, we are looking for a BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE. The candidate will be inserted to support the Commercial Offices and will be responsible for performing the following activities: - order entry into the management system - back-office and front-office activities - preparation and issuance of commercial offers - management of invoices and DDTs - issuance of transportation documents - agent management - customer management Requirements The resource we are looking for has preferably a Diploma in Technical Commercial or equivalent. Previous experience in the role is necessary. We are looking for resources that want to get involved and acquire skills within different company divisions. Completing the profile: dynamism, propensity for teamwork, and precision. Characteristics of the offer - Contract: a fixed-term contract in outsourcing, with the aim of direct employment in the company. - Level of insertion: IV or V level CCNL Alimentari industry. - Working hours: full-time from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:45. - Place of work: Milan (Mi) zone Baggio (zone not reachable by public transportation) The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.
