For a global luxury group that manages the development of a series of renowned fashion houses, leather goods, and jewelry, we are seeking:

PACKAGING PROCUREMENT EMPLOYEE

What will you be responsible for?

The resource will manage and coordinate activities related to packaging and related materials for B2B, B2C, and Reverse flows. They will be responsible for:

· Supervise and respond to daily requests related to industrial packaging and branded materials, collaborating closely with GXO to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

· Accurately enter orders into Excel files, monitoring order confirmations to ensure punctual and accurate purchasing operations

· Coordinate goods collection, ensuring delivery timelines are met and optimizing logistics to reduce costs and improve efficiency

· Ensure quality controls on materials and manage any complaints

· Evaluate the specifications of requested materials, identifying and selecting qualified suppliers that meet quality standards and company needs

· Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs to evaluate their performance, adherence to SLAs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize collaboration

· Manage price and supply condition negotiations for logistic materials

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

· Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines

· Experience in supply chain and operations, preferably in the fashion sector

· Knowledge of operational logistics processes

· Precision, attention to detail, with good organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an aptitude for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

· Ability to define objectives and priorities and to manage time effectively, Teamwork orientation

· Experience in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

· Interest in Operations and Logistics topics, with a passion for driving these areas within the business

· Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken)

Working Hours: Full Time from Monday to Friday, flexible start between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM, 4 days of remote working per month

Contractual Offer:

Placement with a temporary employment contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension

Applicable CCNL: Manufacturing Industries of Leather and Substitutes and Umbrellas and Parasols - Employment Level: 3

Expected salary: € 26,000 gross per year, defined based on the contractual employment level and the duties required for the position.

Benefits: in addition to those provided by the CCNL and current legislation, further benefits and initiatives in line with company policies may be offered (e.g., company canteen)

Work Location: Trecate (NO)
