Direzione Lavoro Group Spa (Aut.Min. 0001 del 21/01/19), filiale Direzionale, is seeking for an important client company operating in the telecommunications sector a Protected Category Employee - Categories L.68/99. The ideal resource will be required to perform the following activities: - Electronic invoicing management and control active/passive - First note preparation - Particular control and management of active/passive deadlines - Bank statement reconciliation - Supplier relations and procurement order management - Back-office management and document archiving Requisiti fondamentali: - Belonging to protected categories (Legge 68/99) - Registration with the targeted placement program - Excellent knowledge of main computer tools (PC, Excel, Word, email) - Previous experience in administrative and accounting roles - Precision, dynamism, organizational capacity, and teamwork attitude Si propone initial contract for a determined period: - Initial contract of 12 months - CCNL Telecomunicazioni - III level - 25 hours weekly, 5 hours daily from Monday to Friday - place of work: Rome (Eur Magliana area) The present announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
