Job S.p.A. - Career Center di San Bonifacio selects ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE for a reality operating in the rubber and plastic sector. Responsibilities - Emission and registration of active and passive invoices - Management of DDT and transportation documentation - Maintenance and updating of VAT registers - Compliance with waste registration - Relations with banks, management of receipts/payments - Preparation and management of F24 models. Requirements - Previous experience in administrative-accounting field - Good knowledge of ordinary accounting - Precision, organization, and confidentiality - Knowledge of AS400 and/or Newjest (will be a preferred title). Job features - Contract: initial fixed-term contract with the aim of a long-term insertion - Location: Belfiore (Vr) - Availability: Full-time in daytime: 08:00-12:30 / 14:30-18:00.
