Administrative Assistant – Active Cycle

Humangest Spa, Suzzara branch, is seeking a candidate operating in the food industry to fill an urgent selection for the position of: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – ACTIVE CYCLE The resource will be inserted within the administrative office and will mainly be responsible for managing the active cycle, ensuring correctness and punctuality in accounting activities. Responsibilities - Issuance and registration of active invoices Italy/Abroad; - Management of Intrastat declarations; - Maintenance and updating of VAT Registers; - Insertion of issued invoices into client portals; - Document archiving; - Management of Conai practices; Requirements - Degree in administrative/accounting or Diploma of Ragioneria (ITC); - Good knowledge of the English language; - Precision, reliability, and organizational skills; - Preferable previous experience in the role; We offer: - employment contract for hiring purposes; - full-time working hours 40 hours from Monday to Friday; - Placement commensurate with experience; SGB Humangest offers equal employment opportunities to workers and is oriented towards diversity and inclusion on the workplace.
