Plurimpresa Srl, a Labor Agency authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, with protocol number 39/13989 dated October 24, 2013, is seeking for an important company operating in the field of Interior Decoration and customized solution design, at the point of sale in Corsico (MI), a/an: PROTECTED CATEGORY EMPLOYEE - TELEMARKETING OFFICE ATTACHED TO THE CATEGORIES PROTECTED (registered on the lists of targeted placement according to art. 1 L. 68/99) Responsibilities: - Contacting potential clients by phone from promotional campaigns, fairs and events. - Managing incoming calls providing information on products, services and promotions. - Scheduling appointments at showrooms or with interior design consultants. - Updating and managing the customer database, recording contacts and follow-ups. - Collaborating with the commercial area for lead qualification and sales support. - Customer care activities to ensure a positive experience for the client before and after purchase. Required qualifications: - Registration on targeted placement lists for protected categories (L.68/99) - At least one/two years of experience in the role (otherwise, experience in call-center, customer service or secretarial activities is welcome). - Excellent communication and relational skills - Good basic computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office package). Job offer: - Initial fixed-term contract of six months (or twelve months) with direct employment in the company - 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday - RAL and job level will be commensurate with experience and seniority of the candidate.
