Office Technical and Project Coordinator

Ali Spa ALI WORK, Personnel Selection and Research Agency, is seeking an Office Technical and Project Coordinator for a well-established client company located near Polesella (RO). The resource will be involved in coordinating technical projects, managing commercial offers, and creating estimates, with a focus on supplier management. Main responsibilities: - Technical support in preparing commercial offers and creating estimates for clients. - Management and supervision of ongoing technical projects, paying attention to timelines and quality. - Interface with suppliers to ensure material procurement and delivery schedule verification. - Monitoring of construction sites to ensure proper execution of coordination and technical consulting services to the client. - Management and coordination of a product's life cycle, from design to realization and implementation. Main requirements: - Diploma or degree in a technical field, preferably Engineering. - Previous experience in a technical-commercial role, with skills in both office technical and supplier management. - Knowledge of the English language. - Availability to conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
