Logistics Employee 2 Shifts

Client company located in Grassobbio (BG) area, operating in the automotive sector, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of Logistics Employee, to be initially hired on a fixed-term basis, with possibility of future indefinite employment. Work location: Grassobbio (BG) The Logistics Employee role involves the following activities: - management of the office and supplier receipt flows related to purchase orders; - management of flows related to order fulfillment; - constant interface with call center, central office, and Key Contact; - planning of incoming trucks in coordination with producers; - registration of merchandise arrival and release lists; - management of non-conformities related to merchandise unloading (shortages, damages, delays, etc.) and activation of procedures provided; - planning of sales orders, printing of pick-up lists and related documents (DDT, Bordereau, CMR); - verification of the completeness of the activity performed by the contractor; - support to central office in planning outgoing trucks (shuttles) and spot services for deliveries; - registration of services in reports for invoicing and monitoring of hourly targets and vehicle saturation; - updating and exchanging information with call center and central office on merchandise shipment status; - various administrative activities: document archiving, badge management, consumables, etc. To take on this role, it is necessary: - use of PC necessary and indispensable; - availability to work on two shifts in the 06:00 – 22:00 time frame; - availability, during peak season, to extended shifts up to 24:00; The contractual framework provides for: - Employee/Employee qualification - CCNL Commerce - Level 5° (1,660.08 euros per month for 14 months) or 4° (1,783.75 euros per month for 14 months), based on experience gained - Initial fixed-term contract in supply, aimed at indefinite employment if successful If you believe you possess the requirements to take on this role CANDIDATES and will be contacted by an Account of the MERATE BRANCH.
