Main responsibilities required - Process analysis: Studies and analyzes production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and unnecessary activities. - Timing: Measures the execution times of various production operations through specific methodologies such as timing. - Standard definition: Elaborates time standards for each stage of processing and defines standard operating procedures. - Optimization: Proposes and implements solutions to improve efficiency, such as designing more rational production layouts or eliminating unnecessary movements. - Planning: Contributes to planning the necessary resources (people, tasks, times) to ensure a efficient workflow. - Continuous improvement: Works according to principles of continuous improvement, often applying methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
