COMMERCIAL BACK OFFICE EMPLOYEE

The resource will be integrated into the sales office and will exclusively handle back office activities, providing support for the operational and documentary management of commercial processes.

The resource will primarily be responsible for:

• Order entry;
• Verification of the correctness of entered data;
• Management and control of documentation related to orders and commercial transactions;
• Updating company records and management systems;
• Monitoring of cases and their respective deadlines;
• Support to the sales office in operational activities;
• Collaboration with other company departments for the correct management of documentary flows;
• Verification of the completeness of documentation in compliance with internal procedures and relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Experience, even if brief, in commercial back office, administrative, or order management activities;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Precision and reliability;
• Good proficiency with IT tools and main Office applications;
• Ability to work following defined procedures and instructions;
• Discretion and sense of responsibility;
• Teamwork predisposition.

The company operates in a sector subject to specific regulations, therefore, adherence to procedures, care in information verification, and the ability to identify any inconsistencies or anomalies in documentation are fundamental.

We offer:

• Direct permanent employment contract;
• Gross Annual Salary between €28,000 and €33,000, Metalworking Industry;
• CCNL Welfare;

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM/5:00 PM.
