Back Office Employee

Chimec Spa, Italian Company specialized in developing and applying innovative additives and technologies for Oil & Gas, upstream and downstream, is seeking a Back Office Commercial resource for its Rome South location. The resource will be responsible for managing commercial activities from offer to delivery, with particular attention to complex tender management and knowledge of international regulations. Responsibilities: Support to the sales force: Preparation of commercial offers; Pre-analysis of tenders; Analysis of market trends; Development of commercial strategies; Management of customer relationships; Coordination with other departments; Reporting on commercial performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in MS Office.
