Position Title: Senior Back Office Employee – Cessione del Quinto (CQS/CQP)

Who we are looking for

To strengthen our Milan structure, we are looking for a Senior Back Office Employee with consolidated experience in the world of cessione del quinto. The person we are looking for is not just a technical profile: we are looking for someone with a commercial orientation, strong motivation, and excellent communication skills, capable of being a reliable and proactive point of reference for our sales network.

What you will do

• Complete processing of cessione del quinto and payment delegation applications: document verification, compliance and admissibility checks, forwarding to financial partners
• Manage the workflow of applications in compliance with internal timelines and procedures
• Constant support to the sales network (Credit Managers and agents): operational assistance, problem-solving, requests for additional documentation
• Liaison with banks, financial institutions, third-party delegated administrations, and social security institutions
• Monitoring the progress of applications and reporting to Management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes

What we are looking for in you

• At least 2-3 years of experience in back office roles within the cessione del quinto sector (CQS/CQP) at banks, financial companies, or financial agent networks
• In-depth knowledge of the product, workflows, and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in the main OCS FEEVO systems
• Strong commercial and results orientation: ability to work towards objectives to support production
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, precision, organizational autonomy, and team spirit
