Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Randstad Inhouse, a division of Randstad Italia Spa, is selecting a Finance Accountant.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Finance area and will support the Finance Manager in carrying out administrative activities and tax obligations of the structure.

Annual Salary €25,903, corresponding to the 4th level of the logistics National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) + meal allowance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verification and recording of accounting documents and related calculations (Accounts Payable)
• Verification and issuance of invoices (Accounts Receivable)
• Electronic and paper archiving of accounting documents
• Management of mandatory deadlines for tax, social security, and regulatory obligations (VAT settlements, F23/F24 forms, management of deadlines related to taxes/fees/levies)
• Verification of data input based on the company's chart of accounts
• Updating company registries (Customers and Suppliers)
• Updating corporate books
• Cash/Payment Management: preparation of the monthly schedule and control of payment methods
• Electronic and paper archiving of bank and financial documents
• Management of company contracts
• Management of monthly reporting

Requirements and Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Economics subjects
• Technical Knowledge: Notions of accounting, general accounting, business economics, and balance sheet structures. Knowledge of national accounting principles and tax legislation principles will be considered a plus
• Good knowledge of the English language
