Accounting Employee

On behalf of Setoa Italia Spa, a company in the JAS group operating in the International Shipping sector, based in Lissone (MB), we are looking for an Accounting Employee with at least 5 years of experience.

Description

The resource, integrated into the Accounting department, will be responsible for:

• Management of the journal entry up to the financial statements
• Recording of accounts receivable and payable invoices
• Treasury: bank entries and related reconciliations
• Monitoring of deadlines and administrative procedures
• Reconciliation of accounting accounts for interim and year-end closings
• Management of tax declarations (LIPE, CU, Intrastat, and VAT liquidation)

Candidate Profile

The Ideal Candidate meets the following requirements:

• High school diploma in Accounting or Degree in Business/Economics subjects
• Excellent knowledge of accounting and Italian accounting principles, of the main aspects of management control, and of the main fiscal regulations;
• Proficiency in IT tools (Excel)
• Knowledge of at least one accounting software
• French language (written and spoken basic level)
• English language (written and spoken intermediate level)
• Problem Solving and results orientation;
• Good communication skills, dynamism, proactivity, organizational skills, precision, and punctuality in performing assigned tasks.
