Commercial Employee

Humangest Spa, Specialized Company in Research and Selection of Personnel, is looking for an important company operating in the design and production of custom-made machinery and accessories for abrasive grain production, a COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE. The person, inserted into the commercial office, will be responsible for: · Developing the client portfolio; · Managing commercial negotiations; · Proposing the best technical solution based on customer needs; · Maintaining consolidated relationships with existing clients; · Collecting customer needs and reporting all necessary information to colleagues in the back office; · Participating in industry fairs; · Constantly interfacing with colleagues from other offices. Requirements: · Diploma in technical-mechanical field; · Previous experience in a technical role with a customer approach; · Willingness to grow professionally and learn the skills required for the requested role; · Availability to travel (worldwide, short trips); · Excellent communication and relational skills; · Good knowledge of English language; · Attitude to problem-solving, flexibility, and ability to work in a team. Offer: Direct entry into company with indefinite contract, remuneration and classification commensurate with experience (ideally 30-35K); Metalmechanics Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement, 14 months, meal vouchers for 6.5 and attendance premium; Full-time schedule on weekdays, Monday to Friday; flexible schedule; Location: Malnate (VA).
