Bilingual Sales Representative FR/DE

For my client's account, located on the heights of Lausanne, I am looking for a Bilingual Sales Representative FR/DE. Commercial diploma or equivalent title. Bilingual, French - German, both spoken and written. Several years of experience in a precise, pleasant, and flexible post-sales service (SAV) environment. Sense of service and good skills in daily customer service. Reception and management of telephone calls. Treatment and follow-up of customers. Redaction and preparation of commercial documents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the Swiss market and its specificities. Familiarity with CRM software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
