Ticketing and Information Point Employee

Attal Group S.p.A., Labour Agency, is seeking a person to be inserted into a operating team on the Cremasco lot at Autoguidovie (Public Local Transport) client. Ticketing and Information Point Employee for Crema's Autoguidovie. An initial training period is expected, necessary and comprehensive for the correct implementation of activities. Main tasks The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Selling travel tickets according to prevailing tariff rules, both directly at the counter and through the automatic ticket dispenser owned by the Client, with related accounting. - Managing customer inquiries until complete satisfaction. - Compiling, registering, and selling user recognition cards for Public Local Transport services, according to the indications provided by the Client. - Receiving, collecting, and timely transmitting customer complaints to the competent operational unit of the Client. - Distributing, posting, and affixing promotional and commercial communication materials in dedicated spaces. - Displaying and updating public notices and schedules elaborated by the Client at waiting rooms, notice boards, and display panels at bus stations. - Turning on, off, and recharging service equipment for automatic ticket dispensers, if present. - Collecting payments related to administrative fines, previously registered, issued by the Client or third-party entities entrusted with users of Public Local Transport services. - Receiving, registering, and preserving lost items, in accordance with instructions provided by the Client. - Daily settlement of cash and payment to Autoguidovie. - Daily control of correct functioning of internal and external information screens, with particular attention to the correct display of departing routes. Profile required We are looking for a resource: - accustomed to direct contact with the public; - with proven conflict management skills; - precise, reliable, and responsible; - available to manage cash during working hours.
