Administrative Accountant

Tempor S.p.A., Labor Agency, is seeking an Administrative Accountant to support editorial project activities. You will be involved in administrative, accounting, and analysis tasks serving various company functions. Expected activities: - Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and business plans for book and magazine distribution. - Evaluation of economic results and performance of business areas. - Entry, management, and verification of invoicing requests through a management system, based on reports received from clients and distributors. - Support in organizing book and magazine operations and analyzing sales and inventory data. - Contribution to the realization of presentations and financial reports for internal reviews. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent. - Experience gained in administrative and accounting roles. - Excellent proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office package. - Knowledge of SAP management system (MM and/or FI modules). - Intermediate knowledge of English language. Offer: - Initial 6-month contract. - Monthly gross salary of approximately €1,780. - Meal vouchers worth €5.63 per working day performed in person. Work location: Rome, Prati area.
