Administrative/Accounting Employee

The resource will be hired by the client company located in Prato est.

What We Offer: - Salary: Annual Gross Salary from €25,000 to €28,000

- Contract: Permanent

- CCNL Commercio 3rd level (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce)

- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00

- Start date: September

Role Description: The resource will be integrated into an already established team and will be responsible for:

- Active and passive invoicing

- Accounting, administrative, and tax compliance.

- Activities related to human resources, such as hiring proposals and payroll in support of the labor consultant.

What We Require:

- Degree in Economics or Diploma from a Commercial Institute/Accountancy School or equivalent qualification

- Experience in similar roles, preferably in food companies, accounting firms, or auditing companies, with proven mastery of administrative, accounting, and tax matters

- Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles

- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel) and accounting software

- Autonomy and proactivity

- Ability to work in a team, respecting deadlines and set objectives

- Detail orientation and precision

- Critical thinking and problem-solving
