Mechanical Garage Acceptance Employee

We are looking for an experienced acceptance employee for a mechanical garage truck. The candidate will act as a bridge between the traveling personnel and internal mechanics. The main tasks will be structured as follows: First contact: listens to the requests of the traveling personnel or the problems encountered on the vehicle (e.g. alarm lights, cutting, noises). Information collection: completes the acceptance form and notes the vehicle data. Planning: manages the schedule optimizing the times for washing, maintenance, and other activities. The employee will also be responsible for coordinating with the internal mechanics to ensure that all work is properly documented and recorded. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently is essential. The employee will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, as well as perform other administrative tasks as needed.
