The selected people will manage a portfolio of credits through telephone outbound activities, operating remotely, and working on clear and shared goals with the Company

Main Activities:

• Contact professional and effective phone calls with the Client/Debtor
• Study of the practice and analysis of the causes of insolvency
• Negotiation of sustainable return solutions
• Monitoring of the practice until closure
• Constant updating of positions on company's management system
  
  

Requirements:

The ideal profile has the following characteristics:

• Diploma and/or degree
• Strong orientation towards results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Attitude to teamwork and problem-solving
• Availability to work in Full Remote mode
