Logistics Clerk

Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Brescia is seeking a Logistics Clerk to join a structured logistics reality located in Cremona. Responsibilities include registering and inserting orders within the warehouse management system (WMS). Organize and control incoming and outgoing shipments, taking care of times, courier selection, transportation documents, and correct packaging. Prepare all shipping documentation, including certified or required documentation by law. Communicate with customers informing them of any delays or problems and managing returns. Coordinate arrivals of carriers and verify the correctness of merchandise upon arrival. Offer customer service support to warehouse clients, ensuring punctual and professional service. Requirements - Technical diploma, ITS in logistics or brief degree in economic/ engineering field. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles (customer service logistics, warehouse clerk). Excellent knowledge of Excel and main Office tools. Experience in managing complete logistics flows: inbound (receipt, quality control, registration, storage), outbound (picking, packaging, shipping). Knowledge of WMS systems. Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Precision, reliability, and strong problem-solving abilities.. Characteristics of the offer - Internal training paths through Logi Academy.
