Accounting Administrative Employee

Orienta Spa - benefit company - searches and selects an accounting employee for a client company. We are looking for a highly motivated and precise Accounting/Administrative employee, with proven skills in general accounting and financial statement preparation. Main activities - Active and Passive Accounting Cycle: Complete management and recording of invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payments. - General Accounting and VAT: Maintaining ordinary accounting, VAT registers and periodic tax obligations (VAT settlements, F24). - Bank Reconciliations: Daily/monthly control and balancing of cash and bank movements. - Supplier and Customer Accounting: Payment reminders and schedule management. - Financial Statement Preparation: Collaboration on monthly and annual closing, adjustment and reclassification entries in view of preparing the Financial Statement. Required Requirements - Degree in Economics - 5 years of previous experience in an administrative/accounting office. - Knowledge of the main accounting software and good proficiency in Excel. - Excellent knowledge of TeamSystem - Precision, reliability and good organizational skills. Soft Skills - Detail-oriented and respect for deadlines. - Ability to work in a team and interfunctional collaboration. - Proactivity and ability to manage activities independently. Working hours: Full time Type of contract: initial fixed-term contract aimed at stabilization within the company Place of work: San Giovanni Teatino Salary and insertion will be evaluated during the interview.
