Ali Spa Job Opening: Accounting Clerk - Pontedera (PI) For a historic and consolidated company in the metalmechanics sector based in Pontedera, we are looking for an expert figure to be inserted into the administrative office. The resource will be responsible for managing the operational accounting, ensuring the accuracy of the company's administrative flows. Responsibilities and Tasks The resource will work closely with the owner and external consultants, taking care of: - Management of ordinary accounting and first-note registrations. - Active and passive cycle: electronic invoicing and archiving. - Bank reconciliations and monitoring deadlines. - Administrative support activities. Requirements Required - Degree: Diploma in Accounting or degree in Economic field. - Experience: Previous and consolidated experience as an accountant, preferably gained in structured companies or professional studios. - Technical skills: Mastery of main management software and Office package (particularly Excel). - Soft Skills: Precision, organizational autonomy, and punctuality. What We Offer - Contract: Initial fixed-term contract, strictly aimed at stabilizing to indefinite term. - Classification: CCNL Commerce. - Remuneration: Approximately €1,500-€1,600 net monthly, commensurate with experience. - Monthly payments: 14 months. - Working hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday (08:30 – 17:30) with lunch break.
