Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

• Independent management of residential and/or commercial properties
• Organization and execution of owner meetings
• Management and monitoring of service providers and maintenance measures
• Preparation and review of condominium management statements and operating budgets
• Communication with owners, tenants, and external partners

Beyond the classic scope of duties:

• Active involvement in shaping and optimizing management processes
• Support in digitalization (e.g., tools, workflows, data structures)
• Analysis of cost structures and identification of savings potentials
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments (e.g., billing, technical)
• Contribution of own ideas for the further development of our service offering

• Training or degree in real estate management or comparable field
• Experience in real estate management (condominium or rental property management is an advantage)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Interest in digital solutions and modern working methods
