Real Estate Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for:

• In your area of responsibility, you will independently manage residential and commercial properties and ensure reliable care for all objects.
• You will create accurate accounts of housekeeping, operating, and ancillary costs and oversee ongoing payment transactions with a keen eye for numbers.
• You will plan, organize, and lead meetings and events around property owner meetings, ensuring structured preparation and follow-up.
• You will be responsible for managing service providers, awarding contracts, and controlling costs and performance on an ongoing basis in collaboration with external partners.
• You will actively shape rental management, conclude lease agreements, coordinate handovers and takeovers, and serve as a competent point of contact for tenants.

You bring:

• Fully qualified training as an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau or equivalent experience in property management, ideally supplemented by further education as an Immobilienfachwirt.
• You have experience in property management and apply your very good knowledge of WEG and tenancy law in a secure and practical manner.
• You work efficiently with digital tools, use MS Office applications confidently, and have ideal experience with Karthago.
• You convince through teamwork, self-initiative, and a strong customer orientation in collaboration.
• You possess very good German language skills at least on C1 level in spoken and written form; a class B driver's license is an advantage.
