Real Estate Salesperson (m/w/d) Logistics and Industrial Properties

As a real estate salesperson (m/w/d) in our logistics and industrial properties division, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and providing them with tailored solutions for their logistics and industrial needs. You will also work closely with our development team to identify potential sites for new projects and develop concepts for these projects. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in logistics and industrial properties; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs).
