The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Viennese residential market, excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. As an Immobilienmakler*in (m/w/d), you will be responsible for identifying potential buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all transactions are completed smoothly. You will also be involved in the development of new housing projects and the sale of existing properties.
