Real Estate Appraiser (m/f/d) at Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse in Husum, Flensburg or Schleswig (hybrid)

Tasks

• You prepare independent real estate appraisals for various types of objects according to BelWertV and ensure their quality.
• You review external appraisals for plausibility and conduct regular and occasion-based value checks.
• You take over building status controls at developer projects and complex financings.
• You follow trends on the real estate market and evaluate relevant research data.
• You support internal departments in real estate valuations and contribute to the development of appraisal processes and standards.

Qualification

• As experienced appraiser (m/f/d), you use your professional expertise to create and plausibilize real estate valuations. In doing so, you set your analytical and conceptual skills to good use.
• You are familiar with task-relevant IT applications (e.g. LORA) and IT processes.
• In your decisions, you act solution-oriented and with a high quality standard and focus on entrepreneurial orientation or risk strategy.
• You possess a qualification as appraiser ideally according to HypZert (F) or comparable, at least according to HypZert (S) or comparable with the willingness to achieve the F level.
• You bring a valid driving license of class B or BE with.
