The Immobilienberatung Bremen GmbH is a real estate consulting company that operates beyond the borders of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen, with the aim of setting a new standard in real estate brokerage and consulting.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged real estate appraiser (m/w/d) in full-time at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Preparation of traffic value opinions according to § 194 BauGBPreparation of expert opinions on residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Conducting property inspections and market analysesEvaluation of land plots, existing properties, and project developments
• Analysis of location, market, and utilization factorsConsultation of our customers in all valuation and decision-making processes
• Collaboration with authorities, courts, banks, investors, and owners
• Supporting our consulting services along the entire real estate life cycle

Qualification

• Study of real estate economics, architecture, civil engineering, economics or comparable qualification
• Training or certification as a real estate appraiser/expert (e.g. HypZert, DEKRA, DIA, TÜV or comparable) desirable
• Fundamental knowledge of valuation procedures (market value, income value, and comparison value methods)Experience in preparing expert opinions and market analyses
• Analytical thinking and structured and independent working styleHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and sense of responsibility
• Safe appearance and advanced consulting competence
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
