Real Estate Appraiser (m/f/d) Full-time (100%)

• Preparation of mortgage lending value appraisals and value indications for all property types, including management and operator properties, according to § 5 BelWertV
• Independent and structured planning and execution of property viewings within Germany, using your own car within our travel expense reimbursement rates
• Plausibility checks of appraisals and sample controls according to § 24 para. 2 BelWertV
• Regular review of real estate collateral according to CRR and MaRisk
• Assessment of real estate investment projects and developments, as well as technical support for employees in credit and real estate sales
• Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of the relevant real estate market

• Your Education/Studies – Certification according to DIN ISO EN 17024, e.g., HypZert (F), DIA, Sprengnetter, or comparable, publicly appointed expert with relevant knowledge in mortgage lending valuation, or alternatively, many years of practical experience as a real estate appraiser and willingness to obtain the appropriate certification level promptly. Alternatively, a comparable qualification (e.g., Dipl.-Ing. Civil Engineering).
  
• Your Experience / Your Know-how – Several years of experience in real estate valuation. Good knowledge of BelWertV and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience in plausibilizing and quality assurance of appraisals. Very good user knowledge of standard IT applications (especially LORA and MS Office).
  
• Your Personality – Responsible, independent, and goal-oriented way of working. Ability for analytical and conceptual thinking with a feel for economic solutions. Open, customer-oriented, and friendly demeanor. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of technical exchange. Flexibility, resilience, and willingness to conduct property viewings outside of regular working hours. Mobility through possession of a Class B driver's license.
