Tasks

You can shape this at us:

• Preparation of market and collateral value appraisals for residential and commercial properties in Germany, following applicable legal and supervisory regulations.
• Conducting property inspections as part of the object evaluation.
• Observation of the real estate and land market, analysis of price and interest rate developments, and legal framework conditions.
• Plausibility check of external appraisals for properties in Germany.
• Review of appraisals according to legal requirements.
• Collaboration with market and market follow-up departments as well as support for complex financing structures.
• Participation in the development of appraisal processes and quality assurance in the appraisal profession.

Qualification

This makes you:

• Completed training as a bank clerk, technical study (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) or comparable qualification.
• Long-term professional experience, ideally in the banking sector and in real estate appraisal or valuation activities.
• Fundamental professional expertise in preparing collateral value appraisals.
• Good knowledge of relevant real estate markets.
• Add-on qualifications like HypZert S or F are advantageous but not a must.
