Our company has been active since January 2018 and manages interesting commercial and residential properties in Winterthur and the surrounding region. In addition to operational tasks, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the company's further development. • Managing real estate accounting for commercial and residential properties, including STWEG/MEG (condominium/co-ownership communities) and company accounting
• Preparing heating and operating cost statements
• Monitoring incoming payments and dunning procedures
• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparing VAT statements
• Preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
• Collaboration with property management
• Contact with property owners and tenants

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Relevant further training in finance and accounting
• Several years of experience in real estate accounting
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with real estate management software RimoR5 or GaraioREM
• Accurate and independent way of working
• Team player and strong communication skills
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
