Real Estate Accountant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a full-time employee to support our team in the object accounting (m/w/d) in full-time.

In our long-established and family-owned company in Halle (Saale), you will have the opportunity to be part of a qualified team.

For over 25 years, we have been a trusted partner for private real estate owners and institutional investors and fund companies in Halle (Saale). Our expertise includes the WEG administration and the administration of rental properties and special property.

We are also regionally networked; In the family-owned company network, we manage over 5,000 residential and commercial properties in Saxony-Anhalt, Saxony, and North Rhine-Westphalia.

Tasks

• Independent accounting for a real estate portfolio of approximately 800 units
• Preparation of rent statements and financial plans
• Recording, counting, and booking of ongoing business transactions
• Execution of payment transactions
• Account reconciliation
• Reminder and claims management
• Close cooperation with WEG and rental property administration

Qualification

• Completed commercial training ideally in the field of real estate
• First experiences in real estate or WEG accounting
• Secure handling of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and common property management software (ideally HousePerfect)
• Number affinity and a structured, precise working method
• Good communication skills and teamwork
