Tasks - Independent management of real estate accounting for rental properties and STWEG (residential and commercial objects) - Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements - Responsibility for debtors' and reminders, as well as creditors' and payment transactions - Alignment and reconciliation of accounts - Preparation of interim and annual financial statements - Preparation and accompaniment of audits - Collaboration in budgeting Profile - Commercial basic training - Further education as a specialist in finance and accounting with an eidg. Fachausweis, trustee with an eidg. Fachausweis or real estate trustee with an eidg.
