The written and verbal contact with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and condominium administrators is an essential part of your work. Additionally, you conduct viewings and take care of the re-renting of rental objects. Receiving and handing over rental objects, issuing repair orders, and controlling and accounting for invoices are also part of your job portfolio.
