Our client in the city of Zurich, a nationwide real estate company with around 100 employees, is strengthening its property management team immediately or upon agreement and is looking for an experienced and service-oriented ### Real Estate Manager for Commercial Properties ### #### #### **Tasks & Challenges** * Independent management of property portfolios with predominantly office and commercial properties * Support and counseling of tenants as well as ensuring customer satisfaction * Negotiation and drafting of lease agreements * Creating concepts and developing renovation plans * Taking over and handing over spaces * Accompanying renovation cases and monitoring vacancy rates * Various project tasks **Qualifications & Competencies** * Completed commercial basic training or similar * Further education to the Eidg.
