Real Estate Manager German-speaking Switzerland 80-100%

Your Tasks

• You support various management teams in case of personnel and professional bottlenecks in our branches in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
• You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties for initial rentals/tenant changes
• You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, craftsmen, and authorities
• You ensure property maintenance in accordance with the management contract
• You conduct periodic property inspections and prepare condition assessments with corresponding reports
• You carry out rental agreement and rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments
• You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rental prices

Your Profile

• You hold a federal diploma as a Real Estate Manager or have adequate further training in the real estate sector
• You have several years of professional experience as an administrative assistant in real estate management or in a similar role
• Your native language is German and you have very good correspondence skills
• You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support change
• You work independently and reliably, and are willing to travel and be flexible
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
