You will take on a central role in managing and maintaining real estate portfolios and bring your expertise actively into customer consultation and process optimization. Tasks - Independent management of rental and ownership properties - Organization and leadership of property owner meetings - Point of contact for property owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities - Support in the mediation of properties - Counseling clients on all matters related to real estate management - Participation in strategic projects, process improvements, and concept work Profile - Professional qualification in real estate management or eidg. dipl.
