Tasks - Rental/Handover/Takeover of apartments - Preparation of rental agreements/settlements - Heating and ancillary costs settlements - Collection / Debt collection - Contact with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers - Conducting changes to rental agreements and rent adjustments - Responsible for facility management - Accompanying maintenance and renovation works including smaller construction projects Profile - Commercial education - Further education as a property manager with eidg.
